非開挖翻襯法管道修復工藝

1技術產生的背景世界范圍內的石油開采已有上百年的歷史,我國的石油行業也從20世紀60年代初起步并過渡到了旺盛時期。從那時起管道行業也開始了發展,在我國僅石油石化業內的各類管道就達數十萬公里,到目前使用時間超過10年的管道占60%左右,加上油田油氣水具有的腐蝕特性和多數管道在高溫高壓下運行的特點,在役管道普遍進入了大修或更換期。傳統的作法是采用外加防腐保護層和電化學法陰極保護,但管道外防腐層老化是一個自然屬性,因光氧、熱氧、電化學、細菌、植物根系及人為損傷等因素,都會導致防腐層本身或涂層與管道接觸面的破壞;另外,管道經輸送腐蝕介質后,腐蝕介質對管道內壁的侵蝕,導致管道腐蝕穿孔;也有一些尚未達到設計壽命的管道,由于施工質量低,管材選用不當或設計不到位等諸多的人為因素,使管道提前報廢。所有這些原因都將造成管道泄漏或失效,不僅浪費了大量的資源,污染了生態環境,增大了生產成本又嚴重危害了管道四周的安全。近年來,非金屬管道在技術和質量上雖然有了長足的進步,但還存在許多不確定因素,即使要大面積采用或替換金屬管道,也將需要一筆巨大的投資和經歷漫長的過程。在民用給排水方面,20世紀90年代以前埋設的金屬管道,大部分未做內防腐,導致管道內壁結垢,個別腐爛穿孔,嚴重影響供水水質。全國各大中城市都在相繼維修、改造和更換供排水管道,如北京、天津、大連等。他們的一般作法是:有條件開挖的地區,可敷設新管廢除舊管,但投資較大;無條件開挖的地區,可采用管道不開挖修復技術。如何簡化而又經濟地維修地下管線,一直是管道工程界努力追求的目標。應運而生的不開挖翻襯法管道修復技術是目前世界上公認的最為簡便和經濟的方法,它簡化了管道維修的各種限制和麻煩,為業主節省了寶貴的時間和費用,同時強化了原管道的功能。由于它不需要全面開挖,免除了噪音、塵土、污水等污染,以及交通受阻,破壞環境等的困擾,完全符合現代環保意識的要求。2國內外技術發展現狀舊管道不開挖修復是指在用管道所處環境無法采用開挖更新、修理或開挖管段很不經濟的情況,經綜合經濟分析而又不應廢棄,或為了提高輸送量、充分利用管材的腐蝕余量、延長使用壽命而采取的一種在線維修方式。經半個多世紀的開發實踐,大體上已形成了三大類十多種工藝技術,即插入套管法(包括原形套管和折疊式套管)、涂層法、軟管翻襯法等。(1)插入套管法。主要是將事先預制好的塑料原形管或折疊式套管,在現場焊接,牽引就位,固定在舊管線上的一種方法。(2)內涂層法。經過長期的實踐改進和原材料工業的長足進步,已形成了如水泥砂漿襯里、樹脂涂層方法等系列工藝技術。但也存在有待改進的工序,如表面處理技術、內補口技術和質量檢測技術等。(3)軟管翻襯法。在20世紀80年代初,英、美、日等國興起新技術產業,而且以較快的速度形成系列化。隨著高分子化學工業的發展,該方法采用了復合增強聚酯纖維和熱固型樹脂,利用水壓或氣壓翻襯,固化方式為熱水或自然冷卻;襯里厚度為4~20mm,施工管徑為20~3000mm,一次施工長度為900m,最大施工壓力為1。72MPa,內襯層使用溫度達95℃;可適用于下水道、飲用水管道、油氣輸送管道以及化學工業的部分工藝管道等,其繼續使用壽命可達30年以上。軟管翻襯是當前公認的適用范圍廣、施工簡便、輔助設施少、社會效益好、應用較廣泛的方法。具有我國獨立知識產權和國際先進水平的翻襯法管道不開挖修復技術,是在借鑒國外工藝的基礎上,結合我國埋地管道存在的管內多焊瘤、毛刺,舊管接口沉降錯位,管壁厚度不均勻,管道內結污垢嚴重等常見問題,創造出的一整套適合國情的實用技術。這一技術的原理是利用現有的管道三通、閥門等地面開口,在不開挖地面的基礎上,將具有防滲透耐蝕保護膜的復合纖維增強軟管作為載體,浸漬環氧聚合物后,用水或氣體作動力,將軟管緊貼在舊管內,固化后在舊管內形成整體性強的光滑的管中管,達到對已遭腐蝕的管道進行修復,延長了管道的使用壽命的目的。采用這種新技術,不僅不用大面積開挖地面,不會影響交通,而且明顯地提高了管道的承壓、減阻、阻垢、耐蝕等性能,強化了原管道的整體功能,修復后管道壽命可達30年以上,有著不可低估的社會和經濟效益,非凡是對環境保護也起到了積極作用。

3翻襯法管道內襯技術的指標及主要特點

。1翻襯法管道修復技術主要工序(見圖1)圖1翻襯法修復技術工序示意清管:采用機械工藝和水性清洗液,清除管內原油、結蠟結垢和除銹,達到管內壁60%見到金屬為止。CCTV檢查:采用CCTV管內攝錄器檢查清管和內襯層質量。固化:采用加熱或常溫固化措施,使軟管成為表面光滑而又堅硬的緊密貼在管內壁的管中管。軟管制作、基料配制及合成:采用具有知識產權的機電一體化翻襯機組實現高分子材料配比和軟管輸送速度自動化,保證軟管厚度均勻且各項機械性能和技術指標達到設計要求。端口處理:采用套袖式連管,保證端口的可靠性又不致于對內襯材料造成傷害。試壓連管:待完全固化后分段按管道施工規范進行試壓,業主驗收合格后連管和投產。

。3主要特點不開挖翻襯法管道內襯修復技術的主要特點有:(1)定點開挖且開挖量小,無污染,對周邊環境影響小;(2)施工設備簡單,周期短(塔里木輪南油田6km高壓注水管線翻襯維修工程只用了20天);(3)施工不受季節影響;(4)適用各類材質和外形的管線;(5)可提高管線的整體性能。如鑄鐵管道或混凝土管線承插接口的嚴密性得到增強,原已遭腐蝕的管道得到了補強,延長了使用壽命,增強了承壓、減阻、阻垢、耐蝕的能力等。
